Notes: 1) On 19 October 2007 the taxes on
cigarettes and tobacco etc., alcoholic drinks, carbonated soft drinks incl.
carbonated soft drinks produced in Greenland, and sugar were increased. See Table 6. 2) Effective as of 1
January 2004, the shrimp tax was changed from a fixed percentage to a variable
percentage depending on the sales prices obtained. 3) As of 1 January 2007, the
labour market contribution was introduced as a replacement for the previous AEB
